Our genuine Kuba cloths are cut pile cloths also known as "Kasai velvets" which are often likened to velvet. These cloths are 30 - 60 years old. Kuba Cloths are hand made by the Kuba tribe in the Kuba Kingdom of The Congo and Zaire. Kuba textiles have always been significant items of trade. They make ideal home decor accessories when framed or made into scatter cushions!
