Packaging Policy
We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient service and the high packing standard we maintain.
We do all we can to ensure your order is packed securely. Once the goods leave our premises we do not have any control over how they are handled. Fragile and delicate items are always clearly marked 'Fragile' and/or 'Handle with care'. All packages are clearly labelled and our address is always attached. Packaging materials are charged at cost and we charge a minimal handling fee. These charges are included in the service option quoted for all Zones.
Delivery Policy
Orders are despatched within one week of order acceptance. We offer buyers the best value for money delivery through Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide.
In the main multiple purchases weighing >1.5kg are delivered UK Mainland via Parcelforce 48 for ONLY £9.50.
Domestic Service
Royal Mail Recorded (Signed for), Royal Mail Standard Parcels and Parcelforce 48 are our domestic default service options. Insurance compensation is included in all service options. Were applicable enhanced compensation may be calculated and you will be contacted and asked to pay for enhanced compensation before your order is processed.
