Packaging Policy
We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient service and the high packing standard we maintain.
We do all we can to ensure your order is packed securely. Once the goods leave our premises we do not have any control over how they are handled. Fragile and delicate items are always clearly marked 'Fragile' and/or 'Handle with care'. All packages are clearly labelled and our address is always attached. Packaging materials are charged at cost and we charge a minimal handling fee. These charges are included in the service option quoted for all Zones.
Delivery Policy
Orders are despatched within one week of order acceptance. We offer buyers the best value for money delivery through Royal Mail and Courier Services.
In the main multiple purchases weighing >2.0kg are delivered UK Mainland via Courier for ONLY £7.50.
Domestic Service
Royal Mail Recorded (Signed for), Royal Mail Standard Parcels and Courier Service are our domestic default service options. Insurance compensation is included in all service options. Were applicable enhanced compensation may be calculated and you will be contacted and asked to pay for enhanced compensation before your order is processed.

Standard Parcels within 3 to 5 days of posting
Courier Service within UK Mainland 48 hours
International Service
Royal Mail International (Signed for), Airmail small packet, EURO 48 and Parcelforce International Scheduled are our default service options. Insurance compensation is included in all service options. Were applicable enhanced compensation may be calculated and you will be contacted and asked to pay for enhanced compensation before your order is processed.
